The mission of Oconomowoc Home Health Care (OHHC) is to provide quality health care to individuals living at home. Staff works cooperatively with each person to assess health care needs, develop an individualized care plan and to supervise the provision of health care services. Our primary goal is to provide quality care while respecting each person's comfort, safety, privacy and preferences.
Oconomowoc Home Health Care LLC provides home health, personal and skilled care services in Waukesha, Jefferson, Racine and Milwaukee Counties, is licensed by the State of Wisconsin, and is Medicare and Medicaid Certified. The agency's corporate office is located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
The OHHC staff is dedicated, experienced in providing care, and committed to meeting each person's changing needs in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of home.
